However, in conventional devices of this type, the paint mist generated in the cleaning tank settles and accumulates in the tank.
In addition to being troublesome to clean and remove, the paint mist generates bubbles in the scrubber section constituting the discharge section of the cleaning tank, impeding the function of the scrubber section.

However, in conventional equipment equipped with this type of filter, the liquid level at the discharge part of the cleaning tank located on the eliminator side is not much higher than that at the receiving side located on the painting room side, so the level of cleaning liquid in the cleaning tank is low. In addition to the problem that the circulating flow is slow and sufficient filtration effect cannot be obtained, there is also the problem that paint mist in the exhaust flow sucked into the eliminator part from the discharge part of the cleaning tank is often not sufficiently removed. Excess spray 8' of the mixed paint material 8 is sent to the cleaning tank 4 by the air curtain sprayed from the jetting means 3, and the exhaust gas purified by the cleaning tank 4 is further passed through the eliminator section 5. It is purified and finally discharged into the outside air from the exhaust means 6. As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the cleaning tank 4 includes a main tank 41 into which the lower end of the partition wall 11 that separates the painting chamber 1 and the eliminator section 5 is immersed during exhaust. A cleaning liquid, for example, water is injected, and a receiving side part 411 that opens to the painting chamber 1 side and a discharge part 412 having a scrubber structure that opens to the eliminator part 5 side are formed.
The exhaust flow containing the excess spray 8' is sucked into the cleaning tank 4 from the receiving side part 411 by the operation of the exhaust means 6, for example an intake blower, and is also sucked into the eliminator part 5 from the discharge part 412. It is configured as follows.

For this purpose, the discharge section 412 is made to protrude higher than the liquid level of the receiving side of the main tank 41 and has a small opening area, as shown in FIG. It is designed to be sufficiently suctioned and atomized.

The cleaning tank 4 is provided with return channels 42, 42, a liquid collection tank 43, and a filter 44 in contact with the main tank 41, and the liquid collection tank 43 communicates with the receiving side portion 411 of the main tank 41. and the return flow path 4.
2 and 42 are provided to communicate the discharge part 412 of the main tank 41 and the liquid collection tank 43, and the filter 44 is provided to connect the liquid collection tank 43 and the receiving side part 411 of the main tank 41. is interposed in between.

In the embodiment, the bottom surface of the receiving side part 411 of the cleaning tank 4 is formed into an inclined surface to improve the circulation of the cleaning liquid, and the eliminator part 5 is provided with a discharge part located directly above and close to the discharge part 412. A scrubber plate 51 that also serves as a sound insulating plate is provided to cover 412,
As a result, a vortex generation chamber with a side opening is formed directly above the discharge part, and the cleaning liquid is divided into parts as shown by the arrows in this vortex generation chamber, and the vortex generated thereby serves as a scrubber for air containing paint mist. is designed to increase near the discharge section 412.

Furthermore, in this embodiment, a plurality of partition plates 52, 52 are arranged in the eliminator section 5 in an alternately overlapping manner,
The partition plate 52 is designed to prevent the vibration noise of the scrubber plate 51, and the blowing means 3 is constructed so that the blowing port is formed into a harmonica shape to uniformize the air curtain airflow. ing. Note that the return flow path 42 is connected to the main tank 4 as in the embodiment.
Although it is desirable that the return flow paths 42 be provided on both sides of the eliminator section 1, the return flow paths 42 may be used as long as they allow the cleaning liquid flowing out to the eliminator section 5 side to flow back to the liquid collecting tank 43. There is no need to be done. Since the present device is as described above, when the cleaning liquid in the cleaning tank 4 is sucked into the eliminator part 5 by the intake air of the exhaust means 6, the cleaning liquid is pulled up to a high liquid level by the small-area discharge part 412. Since it is discharged to the return flow path 42, it can be circulated at a considerable speed within the cleaning tank 4, which has the effect of improving the ability of the filter 44 to capture the paint mist.

Furthermore, the device according to the present invention has a discharge section 412 of the cleaning tank 4.
A scrubber plate 51 is provided directly above the discharge section 412.
Since the air containing the cleaning liquid and paint mist sucked up from the cleaning liquid is agitated in a narrow vortex generation chamber, the paint mist is captured by the cleaning liquid and returned to the liquid collection tank 43, and thus Another effect is that the paint mist removal effect is improved.
