Claims (1)
- トーシヨンバーを介して連結された２つの軸の
夫々と連動し、該２つの軸の相対回転により対向
端面磁気結合状態が変化する２つの円筒を備え、
該２つの円筒の磁気結合状態を検出してトルクを
検出するトルクセンサに於て、前記２つの円筒が
非磁性体により構成されており、表面に高透磁率
合金層を形成したトルクセンサ。
