来の非接触タイプセンサの欠点を説明する図であ
る。 図中、４……ケーブル移動量測定装置、５……
ケーブル、６……永久磁石、８……ケーシング、
９……回転体、１０……回転式ポテンシヨメータ
、１２……スパイラル部材である。

Claims (1)
- 軸方向移動量を検出すべきケーブルに固定され
る永久磁石と、該永久磁石に対向して固定側に固
定された非磁性体からなるケーシングと、該ケー
シング内に回転自在に設けられ、上記ケーブルの
移動に追従する磁石の変位を回転運動に変換すべ
く外周に螺旋状の磁性体が設けられた回転体と、
上記ケーシング内に設けられると共に上記回転体
に連結されてその回転量を検出するセンサとを備
えたことを特徴とするケーブル移動量測定装置。
