Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 トーシヨンバーを介して連結された２つの軸の
それぞれと連動し、これらの軸の相対回転により
対向端面の磁気結合状態が変化する２つの検出リ
ングを備え、これら２つの検出リングの磁気結合
状態を検出してトルクを検出するトルクセンサに
おいて、 上記２つの検出リングが非磁性体により構成さ
れ、これらの表面に、軸方向にのびる縞状の高透
磁率合金層が円周方向に間隔をあけて形成されて
いるトルクセンサ。
