れている磁性体製の第１の円筒と、両方の軸端面
に歯部が形成されており、その一方の軸端面を前
記第１の円筒の軸端面と対向させている磁性体製
の第２の円筒と、前記軸の他方に固設され、一方
の軸端面に歯部が形成されており、該軸端面を第
２の円筒の他方の軸端面と対向させている磁性体
製の第３の円筒と、前記第１、第２の円筒と電磁
結合している磁気結合検出コイルと、前記第２、
第３の円筒と電磁結合している磁気結合検出コイ
