- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 所定間隔で着磁パターンが表面に形成されたス
ケールに沿つて配置され、該スケールの着磁方向
の変化によりこのスケールの相対的移動量を検出
する磁気センサであつて、 周囲の磁場方向を検出するセンサ本体と、高透
磁率材料から形成され、一端が前記センサ本体背
面に配置されると共に他端が前記スケール表面に
近接されて配置されたヨークとを備えてなること
を特徴とする磁気センサ。
