Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain apparently realistic woody texture, eliminate the need of surface painting and consequently contrive to enhance the productivity and to reduce the production cost of the composite component concerned by a method wherein both synthetic resin layer on the rear of a wooden overlay sheet and transparent synthetic resin layer on the front surface of the wooden overlay sheet are integrally injection- molded. CONSTITUTION:A wooden overlay sheet 1 is set to a primary side cavity 56 in such a manner that the wooden overlay sheet 1 is abutted against a stationary mold 56b so as to face the front surface of the sheet to a cavity part in order to be provisionally fixed to the cavity part through the suction under vacuum 56b from the cavity part side. After that, mold clamping process is performed with a mold clamping cylinder and then a primary and a secondary injection moldings are performed simultaneously. In the primary side cavity 50, synthetic resin is injected from a primary side injection unit through the gate pole 56d of a movable mold 56c so as to form a synthetic resin layer 2 on the rear side of the wooden overlay sheet 1. In the secondary side cavity, a transparent synthetic resin layer 3 is injection-molded on the front surface of the wooden overlay sheet 1.

1が極薄の場合には、前記のように保護板を裏打ちする
ことにより十分な補強が可能である。

の低減を図れる等の優れた効果を奏する。
