前記の従来品のうち、合成樹脂成形品の表面に木目印刷
を施すものにあっては、外観上良好な木質感が得難く、
木目印刷された合成樹脂シートをインサートモールドす
るものにおいても同様に、リアルな木質感が得られず、
一方合板と合成樹脂成形品とを接着するものにおいては
、表面の塗装工程のため生産性が低下し、かつコスト高

の裏面には合成樹脂層2が設けられると共に、表面には

ので強度的に強い構造になっている。また、木材化粧板
1が極薄の場合には、前記のように保護板を裏打ちする

化したので、外観上リアルな木質感が得られ、表面に塗
装をする必要がないので生産性を向上させ、かつコスト
