[発明が解決しようとする課題] 前記の従来品のうち、合成樹脂成形品の表面に木目印刷
を施すものにあっては、外観上良好な木質感が得難く、

るものにおいても同様に、リアルな木質感が得られず、
一方合板と合成樹脂成形品とを接着するものにおいて
は、表面の塗装工程のため生産性が低下し、かつコスト

型からいちいち外すことなく、回転プラテン55で位置を

強度的に強い構造になっている。また、木材化粧板1が
極薄の場合には、前記のように保護板を裏打ちすること

装をする必要がないので生産性を向上させ、かつコスト

く、しかも複合構成部品の用途の拡大を期待することが
