型の上下に押圧材を当て、上下から押圧した状態で合成
樹脂製型内に樹脂を注入硬化させた後、合成樹脂製型を
取り外すことを特徴とする化粧板の製造方法に係るもの

せる前の斜視図で、基板1はパーティクルボード3の両
面に銘木単板貼り化粧合板4を接着したもので、その前
縁部には突状5が形成されている。合成樹脂製型2には
、階段踏板の段鼻部を形成するための空所6と、基板l
の前縁部に被冠させるための空所7が設けられており、
この空所7に基板lの前縁部を嵌入させた後、合成樹脂
製型2の上下両面に押圧材8を当てプレスで押圧した状
態で、合成樹脂製型2に設けられた合成樹脂注入孔9か
ら合成樹脂を圧力1〜l Okg/cm2で数秒〜数分
間注入する。合成樹脂としては、一般に常温硬化型のウ
レタン系樹脂を用いる。注入後、1〜30分後に合成樹
脂製型を取り外すが、その際、合成樹脂製型2が軟質製
であるため、この合成樹脂製型を上下方向に拡開して無
理抜きする。第2図は、この発明によって製造された階
段踏板の側断面図で、10が基板1に一体成型された階
段踏板の段鼻部である。この段鼻部lOの先端部の厚み
Tは基板1の厚みtよりも若干厚くなっており、その表
