- 回路基板１の上に電子部品２，２…が実装され
た混成集積回路において、上面に吸着ヘツドａで
吸着可能な平面を有する吸着板４が、上記回路基
板１に搭載された電子部品より高い位置で同回路
基板１の上に固着されたことを特徴とする混成集
積回路。
