れる一方、シートバツク3の下端部3aがフロアバネル
4にヒンジ部材11を介して回動自在に取り付けられて

台座を配設することにより、この台座の上面部と載置部
の一般部とを略面一とすることができるため、シートク
ッション,シートバックを全体に渡って一般部および台
座上に当接させることができることから、従来のように
シートクッション,シートバックの両端部が浮くことが
なく、着座した状態、又は荷物の積載状態を安定させる
