で物品を載せる様にパレツトのストツク・供給及
び姿勢・位置決めを行なう装置に関するものであ
る。

も複雑になる。また後者においては、パレツトの
ストツク位置から、XYテーブル上へパレツトを
運び固定するための機構が必要であつた。

物品4をマガジンホツパー3からパレツト供給テ
ーブル1のパレツト2a,2b,……に供給する
ための移載装置5が設置されている。移載装置5
には、物品4を真空吸着するための吸着腕5aが
マガジンホツパー3とパレツト供給テーブル1の
物品供給位置Aとの間を往復動作するようになつ
ている。

隙により前後軸6c及び左右軸6dを動かす事に
より、パレツト2aは前後左右にそれぞれδだけ
移動可能になる。したがつて、まず第4図aに示
すように、物品4aをパレツト2aに載せた後、
第4図bの様にα度回転軸6aを回転させ、続い
て左右軸6dをxだけ移動させる事により物品4
bを第4図bに示す位置に載せる事ができる。さ
らに、続いて第4図cに示す様に回転軸6aをβ
度回転させ、前後軸6cをyだけ移動する事によ
り物品4cを載せる事ができる。以上の様にし
て、物品4をパレツト2a上の所定の位置に所定
の姿勢で載せた後、回転軸6a、前後軸6c、左
右軸6dをもとの位置にもどし、昇降軸6bを下
降させる事により、パレツト位置決めテーブル6
は下降し、ワーク4の載つたパレツト2aは再び
パレツト供給テーブル1上の段付穴1aに装着さ
れる。この様にして、1つのパレツト2aへのワ
ークの整列が終了すると、パレツト供給テーブル
1を割出装置1bにより割出す事により、次のパ
レツト2bを物品供給位置Aまで移動させること
ができる。
