Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent a mounting position from being dislocated when a leg piece for mounting use is damaged or when a screw for mounting use is loosened and to stabilize a mounting state by a method wherein the leg piece, for mounting use, whose tip is situated at the lower part than the bottom face in the central part of a capacitor- case main body is installed so as to protrude and its opposite side is formed so as to come into contact with a mounting flat face. CONSTITUTION:The mounting bottom face of a capacitor case comes into contact with a mounting base body 5 in at least two parts of (a) and (a'). Since a load by a vibration, a shock or the like is shared by both of (a) and (a'), it is possible to prevent a leg piece 2 for mounting use from being damaged. Since both of (a) and (a') act as fixation fulcra against the mounting base body 5 of a screw 4 for mounting use, it is possible to prevent a mounting position from being dislocated. In addition, a gap (b) exists between the bottom face 6 in the central part of the capacitor case and the mounting base body 5. Thereby, when the case is fastened and fixed to the mounting base body 5 by using the screw 4 for mounting use, it can be fastened and fixed more powerfully to the mounting base body 5 by the screw 4 for mounting use, and it is possible to prevent the screw 4 for mounting use from being loosened.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION Field of Industrial Application The present invention provides a mounting leg piece 9 having a mounting screw hole 8 on one side of the lower part of a capacitor case body 7, for use in a capacitor used in various electric circuits. It was designed so that the bottom surface of the leg piece 9 and the bottom surface of the capacitor case body 7 were on the same plane.

2 ・\−7 However, in reality, during the resin molding process of the capacitor case body 7, due to heat shrinkage after molding, the bottom surface of the mounting leg piece 9 and the bottom surface of the capacitor case body 7 were bent, as shown in FIG. Instead of being on the same plane, the mounting leg pieces 9 were shaped so that their tips faced upward. In addition, as shown in FIG. 5, during the capacitor manufacturing process, when the capacitor case body 7 housing the capacitor element is filled with a filler 10 such as epoxy resin and thermally hardened, the case body 7 is heated due to heat shrinkage of the filler 10. The side surface of the housing was subjected to stress inward and contracted to a size C, and the mounting leg piece 9 was to face further upward.

Problems to be Solved by the Invention With such a conventional shape of the capacitor case body 7,
As shown in FIG. 6, the bottom surface of the case opposite to the mounting leg piece 9 is raised in an unstable state. When installed in a place where vibrations, shocks, etc. occur, in this state, the bottom surface 13 of the capacitor case is floating, so the only part that supports the capacitor case body 7 is the base d of the mounting leg piece 9, and the load is is concentratedly applied to the mounting leg piece 9, and therefore, depending on the magnitude of vibration, impact, etc., the mounting leg piece 9 may be damaged. In addition, even if there is no damage, since there is only one point in contact with the mounting base 12, the mounting position of the capacitor case body 7 may be misaligned using the mounting leg piece 9 as a fulcrum, and the mounting screws 11 may become loose. There was an issue of doing so.

Means for Solving the Problem In order to solve this problem, the present invention provides a mounting leg piece that protrudes from at least one side of the lower part of the capacitor case main body, the tip of which is located below the bottom surface of the central part of the capacitor case main body. A capacitor case is constructed by forming a bottom surface such that the tips of the mounting leg pieces and the opposite side of the capacitor case body from the mounting leg pieces touch the flat mounting surface, and the bottom surface of the central part does not extend beyond the flat mounting surface. This is what I did.

Due to the structure of the capacitor case, the mounting bottom surface of the capacitor case and the mounting base come into contact at at least two places, and the load on the base of the mounting leg due to vibrations, shocks, etc. is distributed to other contact points. The load on the mounting leg piece can be reduced.

FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a capacitor case of the present invention, and FIG. 2 is a side view showing the state in which it is installed. In the figure, 1 is a capacitor case body, 2 is a mounting leg piece having a mounting screw hole 3 that protrudes from one side of the lower part of the capacitor case body 1, and its tip is located at the center of the capacitor case body 1. It is formed so as to be located below the bottom surface.

4 penetrates the mounting screw hole 3 provided in the mounting leg piece 2,
A mounting screw 6 for fixing the capacitor case main body 1 to the mounting base 5 is a bottom surface of the center portion of the capacitor case 5. As shown in Fig. 2, the mounting bottom surface of the capacitor case and the mounting base 6 are in contact at at least two points, ak and a', so that both a and a' share the load burden due to vibrations, shocks, etc. Therefore, it is possible to prevent the mounting leg piece 2 from being damaged. Further, since both ah and a' serve as supporting points for fixing the mounting screw 4 to the mounting base 5, displacement of the mounting position can be prevented. Furthermore, since there is a gap between the bottom surface 6 of the center part of the capacitor case and the mounting base 5, when the mounting screw 4 is tightened and fixed to the mounting base 5, the gap becomes smaller at the center of the capacitor case. It is tightened and fixed so that the bottom surface 6 of the part is nearly flat. At this time, the center bottom of the capacitor case 6
Due to the stress of trying to return to its original state, the mounting screw 4
The tightening and fixing to the mounting base 5 is made stronger, and loosening of the mounting screws 4 can be prevented.
