2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, as shown in FIG. 3, this type of capacitor case is provided with a mounting leg piece 9 provided with a mounting screw hole 8 on one side of a lower portion of a capacitor case body 7, and the leg piece is provided. 9 and the bottom surface of the capacitor case body 7 were designed to be flush with each other. However, in practice, in the resin molding step of the capacitor case body 7, the bottom surface of the mounting leg piece 9 and the bottom surface of the capacitor case body 7 do not become flush with each other due to heat shrinkage after molding as shown in FIG. In addition, the mounting leg piece 9 is shaped so that the tip thereof faces upward.
Also, as shown in FIG. 5, in the process of manufacturing the capacitor, when the capacitor case body 7 containing the capacitor element is filled with a filling 10 such as an epoxy resin and cured by heat, a filler is used.
Due to the heat shrinkage of 10, the side surface of the case body 7 receives a stress inward and shrinks to have a C dimension, and the mounting leg piece 9 is further directed upward.

Problems to be Solved by the Invention With such a shape of the conventional capacitor case main body 7, as shown in FIG. 6, an unstable mounting state is obtained in which the case bottom surface opposite to the mounting leg pieces 9 is raised. vibration,
In this state, the capacitor case body 7 is only supported at the base d of the mounting leg 9 because the bottom surface 13 of the capacitor case is floating. Concentrate on leg piece 9 and join
Therefore, depending on the magnitude of vibration, impact, and the like, the mounting leg piece 9 may be damaged. Also, since there is only one point in contact with the mounting base 12 even if it is not damaged, the mounting position of the capacitor case main body 7 with the mounting leg 9 as a fulcrum and the mounting screw 11 loosening occur. There was a problem to do.

Means for Solving the Problems In order to solve this problem, the present invention provides, on at least one side of a lower portion of a capacitor case main body, a mounting leg piece having a tip located below a lower portion and a bottom center of the capacitor case main body. And a bottom surface having a recessed central portion with respect to a surface connecting the lower portion of the capacitor leg body on the side of the mounting leg and the lower portion on the opposite side of the mounting leg.

Operation With this configuration, the mounting bottom surface of the capacitor case and the mounting base come into contact with each other at at least two places, and the load burden on the base of the mounting leg due to vibration, impact, or the like can be dispersed to other contact points. The load on the mounting leg can be reduced, and even if the mounting leg is attached to the mounting base when the capacitor case is mounted on the mounting base, the mounting of the capacitor case main body is possible. The force pressed against the base is concentrated not on the entire bottom surface but on a portion protruding from the recess on the bottom surface, and the displacement of the mounting position of the capacitor case main body can be more reliably prevented.

FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a capacitor case of the present invention, and FIG.
The figure is a side view showing the attached state. In the figure, 1
Is a capacitor case main body, and has a bottom surface with a concave central portion with respect to a surface connecting a lower portion on the mounting leg piece 2 side and a lower portion on the opposite side of the mounting leg piece 2. In this embodiment, the bottom surface is provided to be curved inward. 2 protrudes from one side of the lower part of the capacitor case main body 1;
A mounting leg having a mounting screw hole 3, the tip of which is formed so as to be located below the bottom surface of the central part of the capacitor case body 1.

Reference numeral 4 denotes a mounting screw for penetrating the mounting screw hole 3 provided in the mounting leg piece 2 and fixing the capacitor case body 1 to the mounting base 5, and reference numeral 6 denotes a central bottom surface of the capacitor case. As shown in FIG. 2, the mounting bottom surface of the capacitor case and the mounting base 5 come into contact with each other at at least two points a and a ', and both a and a' share the load due to vibration, impact, and the like. Thus, it is possible to prevent the mounting leg 2 from being damaged. Also, since both a and a 'are fixing fulcrums of the mounting screw 4 to the mounting base 5,
The displacement of the mounting position can be prevented. Further, since the gap b exists between the bottom surface 6 of the central portion of the capacitor case and the mounting base 5, when the mounting screw 5 is tightened and fixed to the mounting base 5, the gap b is reduced, and the center of the capacitor case is reduced. The bottom surface 6 is fastened and fixed so as to be close to a flat surface.
At this time, the stress that tends to return the center bottom surface 6 of the capacitor case to the original state is further strengthened by the mounting screws 4 to the mounting base 5, and the mounting screws 4 can be prevented from loosening. .

Further, even when the mounting leg 2 and the mounting base 5 are attached so as to be in close contact with each other when the capacitor case is mounted on the mounting base, the force by which the capacitor case body 1 is pressed against the mounting base 5 is not the entire bottom surface, Since it concentrates on the portion protruding from the recess on the bottom surface, the displacement of the mounting position of the capacitor case main body 1 can be more reliably prevented.

EFFECT OF THE INVENTION As is apparent from the above description, according to the present invention, it is possible to prevent the mounting leg of the capacitor case from being damaged and the mounting position from being displaced due to the loosening of the mounting screw, thereby improving the stability of the mounting state. Is achieved, and even if the mounting leg and the mounting base are attached so that the mounting case is in close contact with the mounting base when the capacitor case is mounted on the mounting base, the force by which the capacitor case body is pressed against the mounting base is the entire bottom surface. Instead, it concentrates on the portion protruding from the recess on the bottom surface, and the displacement of the mounting position of the capacitor case main body can be more reliably prevented.
