- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 半導体装置の電気的特性を測定するための、高
温試験装置であつて、 半導体装置の移動経路に沿つて、押付け型の加
熱パツドからなる直接加熱装置と、電気的特性の
測定装置を順次配設したことを特徴とする高温試
験装置。
