    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 散気板ホルダー２の上面にパツキン４を介して
    散気板３を取付けた散気装置であつて、このパツ
    キン４は散気板３の周縁部を支持する額縁部４ａ
    とこの額縁部４ａの下面に一体に形成された肉薄
    の底板部４ｂとからなり、この底板部４ｂの散気
    板ホルダー２のオリフイス６と重複する位置には
    底板部４ｂの一部を残して周囲を切欠くことによ
    り形成された舌片状の逆止弁７を設けたことを特
    徴とする散気装置。
