Claims (1)
- 散気板ホルダー２の上面にパツキン４を介して
散気板３を取付けた散気装置であつて、このパツ
キン４は散気板３の周縁部を支持する額縁部４ａ
とこの額縁部４ａの下面に一体に形成された肉薄
の底板部４ｂとからなり、この底板部４ｂには散
気板ホルダー２のオリフイス５と重ならない位置
に空気孔６を形成したことを特徴とする散気装置
。
