  1. （１）散気装置における空気供給口において１．該空気
    供給口をフランジ付パイプ型とし、該フランジ１１Ａ１
    外周辺１１Ｂ上には、複数ケの放射状突起片１１Ｃ１，
    １１Ｃ２，１１Ｃ３、・・・・・・を設け、かつ、該フ
    ランジＩＩＡ面上に取付けられる弾力性フラット弁１４
    の外周縁１４Ａ上には、上記フランジ外周辺１１Ｂに対
    応する内溝１４Ｂと更に該内溝１４Ｂ内には上記フラン
    ジの外周辺１１Ｂ上に設けられた放射状突起片１１Ｃ１
    ，１１Ｃ２，１１Ｇ２、・・・・・・に対応する凹穴１
    ４Ｃ１，１４Ｃ２，１４Ｃ３・・・・・・とを設け、か
    つ、又、該フラット弁１４上には上記空気供給口１０の
    空気孔１０Ｈと同心円かつより大なる円周上に複数ケの
    空気噴出オリフィス孔１５Ａ、、　　１５Ａ２．　１５
    Ａ３．・・・・・・等を設けることを特徴とする散気装
    置用逆流防止弁。
