    プ部の一側面に排気口を形成すると共に、他側面
    に吸気口を形成し、その間に前段側ポンプ部の排
    気口と後段側ポンプ部の吸気口を連通する連通プ
    レートを介設したことを特徴とする多段水封式真
    空ポンプ。
