Claims (1)
- 各ポンプ部のインペラを同一回転軸上に配置し
、１段側ポンプ部Ｂの排気ポート１ｂと２段側ポ
ンプ部Ｃの吸気ポート６ａとを連通した２段水封
式真空ポンプＡにおいて、前記１段側ポンプ部Ｂ
の排気ポート１ｂに最上位部位を、２段側ポンプ
部Ｃの吸気ポート６ａのそれよりも下位に設定す
るとともに、１段側排気ポート１ｂより２段側吸
気ポート６ａへ向けて、実質的の上昇流を生じる
ように、その間を流路１ｄを含む適宜の連絡路に
より連絡したことを特徴とする２段水封式真空ポ
ンプ。
