Claims (1)
- １段側ポンプ部Ｂと２段側ポンプ部Ｃとの間の
ケーシング１内に、インペラＥの仕切板２を介在
させ、この仕切板２で仕切られたケーシング１内
に同一回転軸上の１段側インペラ３と２段側イン
ペラ４をそれぞれ配設し、前記１段側ポンプ部Ｂ
の排気口と２段側ポンプ部Ｃの吸気口を連通した
２段水封式真空ポンプＡにおいて、前記インペラ
Ｅの羽根下部に通路５ｂを形成する一方、排気側
のポートプレート１１のボス部に通路１１ｄ，１
１ｅを形成することにより、１段側ポンプ部と２
段側ポンプとを連通したことを特徴とする２段水
封式真空ポンプ。
