Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain a molded body having a smooth surface while eliminating a sink mark by providing a decorating protruding part to the upper surface of a molded body substrate and making the interior thereof hollow. CONSTITUTION:An injection molded body 1 having a decorating protruding part 2 has such a structure that the decorating protruding part 2 is provided to the substrate 3 of the molded body 1 and a hollow part 4 is formed to the interior of the decorating protruding part 2. By providing an adhesive 5 and release paper 6 to the under surface of the substrate 3 of the molded body 1, the release paper is peeled off at the time of adhesion to make it possible to bond the molded body 1. Even when no adhesive is preliminarily provided, an adhesive is applied to the under surface of the substrate 3 at the time of adhesion to also make it possible to bond the molded body. When or after a molten resin is injected in a cavity, a hollow part forming fluid is injected in the cavity at a predetermined position under pressure and the molten resin is bonded to the inner wall of the cavity under pressure to forcibly mold the hollow part 4.
