関する。

[発明が解決しようとする課題] しかしながら、上記従来の装飾用射出成形体では次の
ような問題が残されている。

(1)の射出成形体は、中実の装飾用凸部が設けられ
ている部分が他の部分より厚いため、該凸部の溶融樹脂
の冷却固化が他の部分より遅くなる。このため、溶融樹
脂の収縮が装飾用凸部の上面と成形体基盤下面に集中
し、第3図の破線のようなヒケが発生し、外観不良が生
じる。また、接着剤が設けられている接着面と、被接着
素材との間に成形体基盤下面のヒケのために空間ができ
るため、接着力が弱まる。
