Description: BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention The present invention relates to a method for injection-molding a molded product having a concave portion and a picture-formed film on the surface. 2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, injection molded articles, for example, plate-like articles such as cards, which have concave portions formed on the molding surface, are often used. In this case, the injection molding die formed from the cavity and the core has a projection necessary for molding the concave portion on the molding surface projecting inward from the mold surface on the core side in advance. [0003] In the conventional injection molding as described above, a projection for forming a concave portion of a molded product is previously provided in an injection molding die. Therefore, when a molten resin is injected into such an injection molding die, the injection resin forms a thin film on the surface of the die surface side in the die. After splitting on both sides, when joining again over the protrusion, the joint is not a uniform film like the original, a streak-like weld is formed, and the air in the mold is Remain in this part. [0004] Therefore, a strip-shaped welded portion remains in the molded product following the concave portion on the plate surface. (FIG. 6) The streak-like welded portions remaining on the plate surface of such a molded product are, for example, in the case where a painted film is embedded in the plate surface of a molded product, between the painted film and the molding resin. Because of the residual air in the welded portion, the picture-coated film was likely to be peeled off. In addition, due to the streak-like welded portions, the bending strength was lowered and the appearance was not good. SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION The present invention is directed to a molded article having a concave portion and a picture film on such a surface, by removing a streak-like weld portion following the concave portion to form a picture. In order to prevent peeling of the film, the following problems are solved by the following injection molding method. That is, as the injection molding method of the molded article having the concave portion and the picture-coated film on the surface of the present invention, an injection molding die formed by a cavity, a core, and a core insert on the same surface as the mold surface on the core side is used. Before the injection mold is formed, a pictorial film is pasted on the mold surface on the core side opposite to the injection gate following the core insert, and the injected molten resin is molded. After a thin film is formed on the surface side, the core insert is projected into the injection resin, and thereafter, the injection of the molten resin is continued. An apparatus for carrying out the method of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings. The method of the present invention is shown in FIG.
And (b) a molded product (p) or (p ′) of a plate-like body in which a concave portion (2) and a picture-coated film (4) are formed on its plate surface (1). It is for injection-molding things. In FIG. 5, (3) is an injection gate, (2) is a recess, and (4) is a picture film. FIG. 6 shows a molded product (p ″) injection-molded by a conventional apparatus, which is on the side opposite to the injection gate (3 ′) side following the concave portion (2 ′) of the plate surface (1 ′). First, an apparatus for carrying out the method of the present invention will be described. This apparatus is mounted on an injection molding machine, and includes a cavity (a) and a core. The core (b) is provided with a core insert (c) that can freely project into the injection mold (s) on the core (b) side. (C) is connected to a flange (6) that slides by hydraulic pressure in a pressure oil chamber (5) of a hydraulic device (d) attached to the core (b) side. The end face (7) of FIG. 1) is a plane which coincides with the mold face (8) on the core (b) side of the injection mold (s) at the time of injection molding as shown in FIG. The core insert (c) is retracted by the pressure oil being alternately introduced to the left and right of the flange (6) in the pressure oil chamber (5) of the hydraulic device (d). The core (b) has a runner (9) for injecting the molten resin into the injection mold (s) on the joint surface with the cavity (a). [0008] Next, the injection molded articles (p) and (p ') shown in Fig. 5 using the apparatus for carrying out the method of the present invention.
Will be described. As shown in FIG. 1, the pressure oil chamber (5) of the hydraulic device (d)
Pressurized oil is introduced to the left side of the inner flange portion (6), and the core insert (c) is brought into contact with the mold surface (8) on the core (b) side of the injection mold (s). Retract so that they are flush with each other. The molten resin is injected from the runner (9) into the injection mold (s). At this time, the molten resin flows along the mold surface of the molding die (s), and a thin film is formed on the surface on the mold surface side. When this thin film is formed, pressure oil is introduced to the right side of the flange portion (6) of the pressure oil chamber (5) as shown in FIG. 2, and the core insert (c) is placed in the mold (s). And eject the molten resin. In this case, the molten resin is injected and filled into the mold (s) without affecting the thin film on the surface. After a certain time after the end of the injection molding, the core insert (c) is retracted to a position where its end face (7) coincides with the mold face (8) of the mold (s), and the core (b) is moved to the hydraulic device (d). ) Together with the cavity (a) to take out the injection molded product (p). Injection molded product in this case (p)
Is on the side opposite to the injection gate (3) following the recess (2),
A streak-like weld portion as shown in FIG. 6 does not occur. The present invention goes further than the formation of the concave portion (2) as described above, and as shown in FIGS. This is a case where an injection molded product (p ′) as shown in FIG. That is, before the core (b) integral with the hydraulic device (d) is pressed against the cavity (a) side to form the molding die (s), the core insert of the mold surface (8) on the core (b) side is formed. (C) Following the injection gate (3)
Affixed the film with picture (4) on the opposite side in advance,
In the subsequent injection molding, there is no difference from the case of FIGS. 1 and 2B. In this case, since the picture-coated film (4) stuck to the mold surface (8) of the molding die (s) is thin, even when the molten resin is injected, it is necessary to form a streak-like welded portion. And the air in the mold (s) escapes around the mold (s), and there is no danger that the picture film (4) will be peeled off by the residual air. On the other hand, if the projection for forming the concave portion (2 ') as shown in FIG. 6 is formed in advance in the molding die (s), injection molding is performed. Since the resin flow splits on both sides at this protrusion, the thin film formed on the surface on the mold side will return to a uniform original state even if the flow subsequently merges. Instead, the streak-like welded portion is formed, so that the air in the molding die (s) is concentrated and remains at this portion, and the welded portion passes over the pasted pictured film (4). From
Due to residual air, the embedded picture film (4) may peel off after molding. The method of the present invention is used for molding an injection-molded article having a concave portion and a painting film on the surface thereof, before the injection mold is formed, after the core nesting, opposite to the injection gate. After attaching a picture film to the mold surface of the core on the side, forming the mold, injecting the molten resin into the mold, after forming a thin film on the surface of the mold side, this Just by protruding the core insert for molding the concave part of the molded product into the molding die, even in subsequent continuous injection, as in the case of injection into a conventional injection mold with a projection Since the projection does not form a streak-like welded portion and does not affect the formed thin film surface, the surface is smooth and has a good appearance, and the concave portion is strong against bending. Obtain a molded article with a pictured film Can be At this time, since there is no air remaining in the weld portion between the painted film and the injection molding resin, there is no danger that the painted film will peel off after molding.
