Abstract

PURPOSE:To manufacture a resin sheet by a simple means other than injection molding means, besides, without preparing a large number of molding dies by adhering another material to the inside surface of a vessel which is formed with such means that the resin sheet is made to go along with a molding die by vacuum or compressed air, and then finishing it smoothly. CONSTITUTION:In the inner surface 18 of a synthetic resin vessel which is formed with one or more protrusions 14 in the outer surface of a vessel main body 15, and recessions 19 corresponding to the protrusions 14 of the outer surface 17 in the inner surface 18, an auxiliary piece 4 which is formed with protrusions 2 to be fitted in the recessions 19 at the side of one surface 4a and in smoothness in the side of the other surface 4b is adhered to the vessel main body 15 integrally. And the auxiliary piece 4 is made to go along with the outer surface of a molding male die 1 in facing the one surface 4a outward, after that, a vessel main body forming resin sheet 10 is molded into a vessel shape along with the one surface 4a of the auxiliary piece 4 and the molding male die 1, at the same time, the auxiliary piece 4 is adhered integrally to the inner surface side of the sheet 10. In this fashion, a vessel which is given a recessed and protruded pattern or the like in its outer surface 17 and is smooth in its inner surface 18 can be made low-priced than the injection die, and thus it is unnecessary to prepare various kinds of molding male dies.

In such a case, the above-mentioned molding means using a resin sheet is applied, and a male mold 1elJ1 resin sheet 1ro having an unevenness 23 on the outer surface is placed along it as shown in FIG. 11(a). When molded, uneven portions 24 will be formed not only on the outer surface of the container but also on its inner surface, as shown in FIG. Furthermore, when molding a container, a method using a female mold 1f as shown in FIG. be done.

However, this poses a problem in that the contents get caught in the uneven portion 24 inside the container, making it inconvenient to take out the contents, and thus lacking in practicality. (In addition, the method shown in FIG. 12 also has the disadvantage of manufacturing work in that it is difficult to remove the container from the female mold 1f due to the unevenness of the molded container.) In addition, as another difficulty, In the forming means,
Generally, the wall thickness of the part where the resin sheet 10 first contacts the male mold 1e is the thickest, and the other side peripheral wall parts tend to be thinner, which reduces the strength of the container side peripheral wall. It also had its drawbacks.

(Problems to be Solved by the Invention) However, the method of manufacturing containers by injection molding not only complicates the shape of the mold and increases the number of molds, but also makes it difficult to place thermoplastic resin that has been heated and fluidized into the desired mold. A heated cylinder with an injection ram for injecting the liquid is very large. Therefore, in the past, there was a problem in that the manufacturing cost of manufacturing a resin container with a non-smooth outer surface was extremely high.

Further, when manufacturing this type of container, there are cases where it is desired to change only the uneven pattern on the outer surface of the container without changing the basic shape and size of the container. However, in the past, even if only the uneven pattern was changed, it was necessary to separately prepare a molding mold with corresponding unevenness, which caused the problem that the cost of the molding mold was extremely high. It also had Such problems occur not only in the case of injection molding, but also in the case of using the above-mentioned resin sheet.

(Effects of the Invention) As described above, the present invention provides an auxiliary piece in which a convex or concave portion that fits into the concave or convex portion formed on the inner surface of the container body is attached to the container body. Since the auxiliary piece is integrally adhered and the other smooth surface of the auxiliary piece is placed inside the container, the container body is made of a conventional resin sheet and has an uneven outer surface. Of course, it is possible to avoid any inconvenience such as the contents getting caught in the unevenness of the inner surface of the container, and also to eliminate the possibility that the contents may inappropriately infiltrate between the auxiliary piece and the container body. Since the container body may have irregularities on its inner surface, there is no need to use conventional injection molding methods, which are expensive to manufacture, for molding the container body.

Furthermore, according to the manufacturing method of the present invention, with the predetermined auxiliary pieces aligned along the outer surface of the male molding die, the resin sheet is molded into a shape along one side of these auxiliary pieces and the male molding die. By doing so, it is possible to form a container shape on the outer surface with an uneven pattern corresponding to the convex portions or concave portions of the auxiliary piece, and at the same time, the auxiliary piece can be brought into direct contact with the resin sheet to integrate the two together. This has the advantage that the process of adhering the auxiliary piece to the container body and the molding process of the container body itself can be accomplished in one process, making the series of manufacturing processes extremely simple.
