板(5)を後工程で取付け、スプーン取り除き後の外装
板を形成している。このように蓋天板(5)を後工程で
取付けることは手間がかかるという問題がある。本発明
はこれを解消するもので剥離層の形成された蓋天板を蓋
枠と一体成型すると共に剥離層を介してスプーンを射出

ても蓋天板(7)の存在によって透孔が生ずることがな
く、蓋としての機能を果たすことができて不体裁となる
