Claims (1)
- ワーク歯車をその軸心で取付けて歯数毎に割出
して間欠的にインデツクス回転される主軸と、こ
の主軸の間欠的な停止状態の時にワーク歯車の歯
の歯筋端部に先端の切削工具をスイング動させる
ように間欠的に往復揺動されるツールアームとを
備えた歯車面取り装置において、該ツールアーム
の移動エリアより主軸前方側に少なくとも該ツー
ルアームの移動エリアを遮断するようにクーラン
トを略帯状に垂下させるクーラント供給ヘツドを
設け、この供給ヘツドへのクーラント供給管にワ
ークの必要歯数のツールアームの動作が完了する
までクーラントを常時供給する供給源を接続する
一方、所定値のクーラント流れまたは供給圧を検
出しない場合ツールアームの駆動源を停止させる
クーラントセンサーを設けたことを特徴とする歯
車面取り装置の安全装置。
