Claims (1)
- 表裏を逆にしてもチヤツク部への装着が可能な
ワークを加工する旋盤のスピンドルに、該スピン
ドルの後端部側からチヤツク部側に向けて貫通す
る空気通路を設け、該空気通路のスピンドル後端
部側に、該空気通路に圧縮空気を送る圧縮空気供
給手段を圧縮空気供給通路を介して接続するとと
もに、前記空気通路のチヤツク部側に、チヤツク
部に装着されたワークに当接可能に付勢された弁
体を有し該弁体が表裏が正規位置にて装着された
ワークに当接する場合は前記空気通路を遮断しそ
れ以外の場合は前記空気通路を大気に開放する位
置に配設された空気通路制御弁を設け、前記圧縮
空気供給通路に前記空気通路制御弁の遮断動作に
よつて生じる背圧によつてオン信号を出力する背
圧検出手段を設け、該背圧検出手段を前記旋盤の
起動回路に接続したことを特徴とする旋盤におけ
るワークのセツトミス防止機構。
