せつつ成膜を行うための基板回転機構であつて、 基板が回転自在に保持される基板ホルダと、前
記基板ホルダをその中心軸の回りに回転させるこ
とにより前記基板を前記基板ホルダ中心軸の回り
に公転させる基板公転機構と、前記基板公転機構
により基板を公転させる際に基板ホルダ上で前記
基板を自転させる基板自転機構とを備えた成膜装
置の基板回転機構。
