Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 産業上の利用分野 本発明は電子機器回路の電磁妨害対策として一般に利用
される電磁妨害対策フィルター（一般にＥＭＩフィルタ
ーと称するので、以降ＥＭＩフィルターと記す）につい
てプリント基板上に実装する装置に関する。
従来の技術 電子機器回路に使用されるもので最近、機器のデジタル
化が進み、さらに高密度実装を行うために多層基板を用
いて貫通コンデンサー、あるいはＥＭＩフィルター等を
用いて妨害除去を図っている。第３図に従来のＥＭＩフ
ィルター１１の構造を示し、第４図にそのプリント基板
１３上に実装した構造を示す。
すなわち、第３図及び第４図に示す如く複数のＥＭＩフ
ィルター１１は個々にプリント基板１３上に独立して配
設され、シールドケース１２には前記各ＥＭＩフィルタ
ーに対応した凹状の接合部１６を設けておき、前記接合
部をＥＭＩフィルター１１の中腹部に設けたアース端子
すに接続させるようになっている。
なお図中の１４はコム端子、ａ、ＣはＥＭＩフィルター
１１の入力端子と出力端子である。
発明が解決しようとする課題 上記のような手段を用いてＥＭＩフィルター１１で電磁
妨害を排除する場合、ＥＭＩフィルター１１の実装精度
がよくなく、シールドケース１２も複雑な形状となりコ
ストアアプとなる。したがって本発明は上記問題点に留
意し、ＥＭＩフィルターの実装およびシールドケースと
の組み合わせを容易にしようとするものである。
課題を解決するための手段 上記問題点を解決するため本発明は複数個のＥＭＩフィ
ルターを密接してプリント基板に実装し、前記各ＥＭＩ
フィルターの共通のアース部をシールドケースと接続さ
せるとともにシールドケースで扱うとともに、ＥＭＩフ
ィルターとシールドケースで貫通型コンデンサを構成さ
せたものである。
作　　用 本発明のフィルター実装装置は、上記のように複数個の
ＥＭＩフィルターをまとめた構造としたことによってプ
リント基板への実装を容易にする。
実施例 以下、図面により本発明の一実施例のフィルター実装装
置を説明する。
第１図は本発明のＥＭＩフィルター１の構造を示す。
図示のようにＥＭＩフィルター１は両端部に複数の入力
端子ａと、出力端子Ｃをもち、中腹部にＥＭＩフィルタ
ー１共通のアース端子すを有スる構成となっている。
第２図はＥＭＩフィルター１の実装例を示す。
図示のようにプリント基板３に、ＥＭＩフィルタ＝１を
配置し、シールドケース２によってプリント基板３に固
定する。具体的にはＥＭＩフィルターの中間部（すなわ
ちアース端子ｂ）が、シールドケース２の凹欠部の縁、
すなわち接合部６に当るように実装する。そしてＥＭＩ
フィルター１と、これを株うシールドケース２は貫通形
コンデンサを構成する。なお、図中の４はコム端子であ
る。
発明の効果 以上の実施例の説明よシ明らかなように、本発明のフィ
ルター実装装置は軸数のＥＭＩフィルターを１個にする
ことによりスペースも小さくできる。さらに実装精度の
バラツキも小さくなる。
またＥＭＩフィルターが複数個まとめた構造のためシー
ルドケースの構造も簡単なものとなる。
そしてＥＭＩフィルターとシールドケースが貫通形コン
デンサを構成するため、バイパスコンデンやシールド板
を組み合せ、電気信号の高域、低域の妨害を確実に除去
できる。

ルターの斜視図、第４図はその実装構造を示す斜視図で

    【特許請求の範囲】
  1. 　プリント基板上にフィルター素子を複数個並列に密接
    して配置し、前記フィルター素子群の中央部に設けた共
    通なアース部をアースするとともに、アースされたシー
    ルドケースで前記アース部を電気的に接続し、かつおお
    って、前記電磁妨害対策フィルターとシールドケースで
    貫通形コンデンサを構成させたフィルター実装装置。
