Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain a parking traffic facility without interrupting the road traffic function of an intersection by constructing a building provided with a parking facility in a space above the intersection of roads. CONSTITUTION:The height of a building 2 from a road surface 4 is supported in the space above an intersection by the struts 3 of the building 2 at a height such that cars on the road surface 4 can pass through. An elevator 10 for lifting a car is provided in the center part of the building 2 between the parking floors 1 upper than a second stage layer 7 and the second stage layer 7. The peripheral part 15 thereof and the road surface 4 are connected to each other through an inclined road 12, so that cars can enter to and get out from the second stage layer 7. The parking positions on the parking floor 1 of the three- dimensional parking zone are arranged so that the center lines of the cars are radial from the center part, and the blank part of the floor formed between adjacent parking spaces 13 is used as a parking space 14 for motorcycle possible to enter from the peripheral part 15 of the floor.

In this way, the first location condition for installing parking transportation facilities is naturally to be in the vicinity of the city, but meeting this condition is difficult due to the recent social situation, especially land issues around the city and other circumstances. Therefore, it is extremely difficult.

Additionally, there are parking towers that utilize ground space. This is a system that uses a circulating conveyor as the smallest site area, and a method that allows cars to be parked on each partition of a vertical circulating conveyor. In this system, an elevator or circulating conveyor is provided, and parking spaces are provided around the elevator for each floor, and cars transported to a predetermined floor by the elevator or circulating conveyor are shifted toward the parking spaces.

Others are in the form of buildings, which are used to centrally park a large number of cars in one place.
In addition to using the above-mentioned elevators to raise and lower cars, there are also cars that spiral up and down slopes provided around buildings to enter and exit predetermined floors.

[Problems to be Solved by the Invention] Among the above-mentioned conventional technologies, the underground parking lot is superior in that it allows free use of the road surface directly above 111. However, it requires a huge site area and construction costs, and is constrained by underground facilities such as subways, gas and water piping, etc.
Due to road problems during the construction period, etc., it is generally not carried out unless it is planned by a specific government agency.

Furthermore, among those that utilize ground-based aerial vehicles, parking tower-type parking towers require a relatively small site area, and in that respect meet the requirements for facilities around cities. However, the number of parking spaces is limited to a very small area, and it does not matter much in terms of the contribution to parking and transportation facilities around the city.

Building-type structures that utilize the space above ground and are large enough to accommodate large-capacity vehicles are efficient parking transportation facilities, but they are particularly difficult to secure in terms of securing the land required for construction. If the condition of being located near a city has to be satisfied, it is extremely difficult to achieve this goal.

Furthermore, in the case where an elevated pedestrian bridge is constructed along a crossroad leading to an intersection, the present invention allows traffic between the elevated pedestrian bridges to be directly routed through the structure without descending to the road surface. The purpose of this project is to create a walking network that allows people to travel back and forth, and also to use this structure to connect with air transportation.

[Means for Solving the Problems] In order to achieve the above object, the parking transportation facility according to the present invention is a parking transportation facility constructed at a road intersection as a building containing a multi-level parking lot, which comprises: a) The structure is placed above the intersection by supports so that the height from the road surface to the bottom of the first level of the structure is maintained at a sufficient height to allow vehicles on the road surface to drive under the structure. b) An elevator for raising and lowering cars between the parking floor above the second floor and the second floor will be provided in the center of the building, and a ♂ In addition, the parking floors of the three-dimensional U market are configured in a doughnut-shape, so that cars on each intersecting road can enter and exit the second floor via the ramp. , the parking arrangement on the parking floor is such that the center line of the car extends in the radial direction from the center of the parking floor, and the margins on the floor that occur between adjacent parking spaces are extended from the periphery of the floor. It can also be used as a single-vehicle parking space with access to and from the parking lot.

In addition, to put a motorcycle on the road into this parking transportation facility,
As with the car, first climb the ramp to reach the second floor. From here, going up and down to each floor is possible by going up and down to the periphery of a predetermined floor by, for example, an elevator for motorcycles installed connecting the periphery of each parking space and the second floor. All you have to do is drive towards the parking space.
