Description
【発明の詳細な説明】
本発明は糸切れ検知装置に関する。従来の糸切れ検知装
置は、糸張力の強弱を判定基準とした方式が多用されて
いたが、この場合糸切れが発生しても、糸の絡み等のた
め糸張力が消失せず、そのために糸切れとして検知出来
ない欠点があった．本発明は糸と触針の摩擦音の有心を
判定基準とした検知装置を提供して、前記欠点を解消し
ようとするものである。

め糸張力が消失せず、そのために糸切れとして検知出来
ない欠点があった．本発明は糸と触針の摩擦音の有心を
判定基準とした検知装置を提供して、前記欠点を解消し
ようとするものである。
第１図において、触針ｌの一端にヤーンガイドｌａを固
設し他端にはヒゲ針ｉｂを固設する．触針ｌは防音・防
振材でなるブソシュ２に外覆されてケース３内に挿嵌さ
れる．マイクロホン４は、防音・防ｊ辰材からなるブッ
シュ５に外覆されてケース３に挿嵌される。キャノプ６
はケース３と不ジ嵌合し、触針ｌはヒゲ針１ｂを介して
マイクロホン４と接触または近接する様に配置する。

次にその作用について説明する。糸Ａはヤーンガイド１
ａを通って走行し、この時に発生する摩擦音が触針ｌに
伝わりヒゲ針１ｂを介しマイクロホン４に音として伝達
される．一方外界からの音やＩ辰動は、プッシュ２及び
５で減衰される．実験によれば、マイクロホン４が感知
する前記摩陳音と外界からの音の強さには有意な差があ
った。

- 触針１とマイクロホン４が防音・防振材でなるブッシュ
２及び５に外覆されてケース３に挿嵌され、かつ触針１
とマイクロホン４が接触または近接して配置されること
を特徴とする糸切れ検知装置
