Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 導電性を有する非磁性金属材料でなる浮上
    体を交流電磁石列上を浮上搬送させる交流磁気浮
    上搬送装置において、熱電冷却サーモモジユール
    と液冷熱交換器との接合体を上記浮上体下方に上
    記電磁石列に沿つて設けたことを特徴とする交流
    磁気浮上搬送装置。 (2) 上記電磁石列に沿つてその上方に上記浮上
    体が浮上搬送する搬送路をなす管状通路を設置し
    、この管状通路の下面に上記接合体を接触させる
    ようにしたことを特徴とする請求項(1)記載の交
    流磁気浮上搬送装置。
