Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) マウンテイングブラケツトに支持されて摺
    動するフローテイングキヤリパ内のピストンでイ
    ンナプレツシヤパツドをデイスクに押し付けると
    共に、その反力でアウタプレツシヤパツドをデイ
    スクに押し付けて車両を制動する車両用デイスク
    ブレーキに於て、上記インナプレツシヤパツドと
    アウタプレツシヤパツドとの間に、制動後に両プ
    レツシヤパツドをデイスクから開放するプレツシ
    ヤパツド開放手段を設けたことを特徴とするデイ
    スクブレーキの引擦り防止装置。 (2) 上記プレツシヤパツド解放手段は、両プレ
    ツシヤパツド間に架設されたスプリングで、当該
    スプリング両端のプレツシヤパツド挿通部には、
    プレツシヤパツドの摩耗に伴うスプリングの復元
    力を調整する爪が設けられていることを特徴とす
    る請求項１に記載のデイスクブレーキの引擦り防
    止装置。 (3) 上記プレツシヤパツド解放手段は、両プレ
    ツシヤパツドの内側に相対して装着された磁石と
    、当該磁石間に装着され、制動後に通電されてそ
    の磁力と上記磁石との磁力でプレツシヤパツドを
    デイスクから解放するソレノイドとで構成されて
    いることを特徴とする請求項１に記載のデイスク
    ブレーキの引擦り防止装置。
