【図面の簡単な説明】
第１図は本考案によるドア開閉用治具を車両の
組立ラインにおけるシーラントの塗布ブースにて
応用した一実施例のの平面図、第２図はその側面
図、第３図はそのドア開閉用治具の正面図、第４
図はその底面図、第５図は第３図中のＶ−Ｖ矢視
断面図であり、第６図は車両のルーフレールとル
ーフパネルとの接合部分の一例を表す断面図であ
る。 又、図中の符号で１１は車両、１２は組立ライ
ン、１４はシール作業ステーシヨン、１６はフロ
ントドアパネル、１７はリヤドアパネル、１８は
水平多関節マニプレータ、１９は６軸多関節マニ
プレータ、２２は昇降用シリンダ、２３は治具本
体、２８は支持リング、２９はコラム、３１は旋
回支柱、３２はビーム、３７，３９はゴムローラ
、３８はローラ支持ボルト、４０はローラ支持ブ
ラツト、４１は開口部、４２は旋回レバー、４３
，４４はストツパ、４５はクランクピン案内板、
４６は長孔、４７はロツクピン、４８はクランプ
シリンダである。

Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 垂直な軸回りに旋回すると共にこの垂直な軸に
    沿つて昇降可能なマニプレータの治具取付部に対
    して固定される治具本体と、この治具本体の前後
    両端部にそれぞれ垂直な軸回り旋回自在に取り付
    けられた一対の旋回支柱と、これら旋回支柱の上
    端部からそれぞれ水平方向に延び且つ前記マニプ
    レータの動作によりドアパネルの開口部を貫通可
    能な一対のビームと、これらビームの先端部にそ
    れぞれ下向きに装着されて前記ドアパネルに当接
    し得る一対のドア開閉用ブロツクと、前記治具本
    体と前記一対の旋回支柱との間に設けられて前記
    治具本体に対する前記一対の旋回支柱の旋回位置
    をそれぞれ独立に拘束し得る一対の旋回拘束手段
    とを具えたドア開閉用治具。
