Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 雨滴径に対応したレベルの出力信号を導出
    する雨滴センサと、 前記雨滴センサの出力信号を相互に異なる複数
    の弁別レベルでレベル弁別する比較手段と、 前記比較手段の各弁別レベルによる弁別結果を
    個別に積算し、少なくともいずれか１つの積算値
    が、各積算値毎に予め設定されている閾値以上と
    なつた時点でワイパブレードを駆動するとともに
    、前記各積算値をリセツトする制御手段とを含む
    ことを特徴とするワイパ制御装置。 (2) 前記制御手段は、比較手段の弁別結果から
    、最大の弁別レベル以上の雨滴が検出されたとき
    には、雨滴センサの出力信号レベルに対応した時
    間だけ、残余の弁別レベルによる弁別結果の積算
    を禁止することを特徴とする請求項第１項記載の
    ワイパ制御装置。 (3) 前記制御手段は、比較手段の弁別結果から
    、予め定める時間に亘つて最大の弁別レベル以上
    の雨滴が検出されないときには、残余の弁別レベ
    ルの弁別結果に基づく制御を禁止することを特徴
    とする請求項第１項および第２項記載のワイパ制
    御装置。
