Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ スプレイガンの塗料吐出部に回転駆動機構を
    介して回転可能に連結された塗料圧送管と、この
    塗料圧送管を通して圧送される塗料を噴射するノ
    ズルとから成るノズルエクステンシヨンを備え、
    このノズルエクステンシヨンを箱状の被塗装物の
    中に進入させた状態で、該ノズルエクステンシヨ
    ンをその軸心回りで回転させることにより、該被
    塗装物の内面を塗装するようにした塗装装置にお
    いて、前記ノズルを複数個備え、それら各ノズル
    を、前記塗料圧送管の先端に設けたブロツク状の
    ヘツドの外周部に埋設したことを特徴とする塗装
    装置。 ２ ヘツドの回転中心線に対する各ノズルの塗料
    噴射角度を、互いに異ならせたことを特徴とする
    請求項１記載の塗装装置。 ３ ヘツド内の塗料流通路には、スプレイガンの
    バルブ閉鎖時に該塗料流通路を閉塞する逆止弁が
    設けられていることを特徴とする請求項１又は２
    記載の塗装装置。
