Claims (1)
- 一端に原料ガスを供給するための給気管を備え
、他端に前記原料ガスが反応して生成された排ガ
スを排気するための排気管を備えた筒状の外側反
応管と、この外側反応管の中に配置され、一端が
閉塞され他端が前記排気管に連通するとともにそ
の周面に管壁を貫通する複数個の小孔が設けられ
た筒状の内側反応管と、この内側反応管の中に配
置され、被膜形成体を支持するホルダーとよりな
ることを特徴とする化学気相成長装置。
