  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 マトリツクス状に配設された薄膜トランジスタ
    及び画素電極より成る画素部と前記薄膜トランジ
    スタを駆動するドライバ回路とを配置した一方の
    ガラス基板と、前記画素電極と対向する電極を配
    置した他方のガラス基板とをシール部材を介して
    対向配設し、これらのガラス基板間に液晶剤を封
    入して成る液晶表示装置において、 前記ドライバ回路は前記シール部材の内側に配
    設されていることを特徴とする液晶表示装置。
