Claims (1)
- 被圧力測定物質の充填された配管の一端に、ベ
ローズの外壁と圧力容器により構成された気密室
を設け、該ベローズの内部に互いに係合するバイ
アススプリングとシヤフトを取り付け、前記気密
室内の圧力の増減に応じて、前記ベローズが伸縮
して前記バイアススプリングと係合する前記シヤ
フトが直線的に移動し、前記シヤフトの先端に設
けた永久磁石と、前記圧力容器に設けたホール素
子との対向距離の変化により、前記気密室内の圧
力を連続的に電気信号に変換し出力することを特
徴とする圧力センサ。
