圧を負荷に供給し、前記第２のスイツチを一瞬開
くと負荷へのバツテリの電圧の供給を停止する負
荷駆動回路において、 浮遊容量を有し、前記第１のスイツチを介して
バイアス抵抗が挿入されているゲートとソース間
にゲート電圧が印加されるとオンして前記第２の
スイツチを介してバツテリに負荷を接続するｐチ
ヤンネル電界効果トランジスタと、 ベースとエミツタ間にコンデンサを接続させて
前記ｐチヤンネル電界効果トランジスタによりオ
ンすると前記ｐチヤンネル電界効果トランジスタ
にゲート電圧を印加させるトランジスタと、 を備えたことを特徴とする負荷駆動回路。
