Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) ＩＣを取り付けたＤＵＴ基板を恒温槽内に
    入れて加熱状態でバーンイン処理をすることがで
    きるようにしたバーンイン処理装置において、 前記恒温槽を外殻体で囲繞して該恒温槽の周囲
    に送風手段を備えた熱風循環路を形成し、該外殻
    体に該熱風循環路に通じる開口部を設け、該開口
    部にフラツプを開閉可能に、しかも閉状態で該開
    口部を遮断し、開状態で該熱風循環路を遮断する
    ように設け、該フラツプにフラツプ駆動手段を連
    結し、前記恒温槽内に温度検知手段を設け、該温
    度検知手段が設定温度以上の温度を検知した場合
    に該フラツプ駆動手段を駆動して該フラツプを開
    状態とし、設定温度以下の温度を検知した場合に
    該フラツプ駆動手段を駆動して該フラツプを閉状
    態とする制御手段を設けたことを特徴とするバー
    ンイン処理装置。 (2) 前記送風手段がシロツコフアンであり、前
    記恒温槽の上部に設けられていることを特徴とす
    る請求項１記載のバーンイン処理装置。
