  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 カソード電極及び少なくとも１個のアノード電
    極が形成され、前記カソード電極及び前記アノー
    ド電極間に印加される印加電圧が使用される電圧
    範囲において抵抗が大きくなつて絶縁性を示し、
    その電圧範囲を越えた電圧においては抵抗が小さ
    くなり導電性を示す回路基板と、 前記回路基板の前記カソード電極に接続される
    グランド端子及び前記アノード電極に接続される
    外部端子とを有し、前記回路基板に装着される電
    子部品と、 前記回路基板との間に前記電子部品を挟装して
    シールする絶縁性フイルムと、 を有することを特徴とする帯電防止回路構造体。
