内導体とした誘電体ブロツクと、所定の誘電率を
有する樹脂基板の両面に所定幅で前記共振器孔の
軸心方向に走る導電膜パターンを形成し、かつ前
記共振器孔の上方向に突出し前記導電膜に導電的
に接合された剛性を有する金属端子とを備えたこ
とを特徴とする誘電体半同軸共振器。 2 前記樹脂基板には適宜箇所にスルーホールが
設けられており、このスルーホールを介して前記
両面の導電膜パターンが互いに導電的に接合され
ていることを特徴とする請求項1記載の誘電体半
同軸共振器。 3 前記樹脂基板には前記誘電体ブロツクの開放
面上に載置されるフランジ部が形成されているこ
とを特徴とする請求項1記載の誘電体半同軸共振
器。
