Claims (1)

での吸着時間を各部品毎に設定する吸着時間設定
手段と、 この吸着時間設定手段により設定した上記吸着
時間に基づいて上記真空吸着ノズルを上記部品に
対して進退移動する吸着ノズル駆動手段と、 この吸着ノズル駆動手段が上記真空吸着ノズル
により上記部品を吸着したときの吸着ミスを検出
する吸着ミス検出手段と、 この吸着ミス検出手段により検出した上記吸着
ミス率が許容内であれば上記吸着時間設定手段の
吸着時間を短く設定し、上記吸着ミス率が許容外
であれば上記吸着時間設定手段の吸着時間を長く
