Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 内部に紫外線ランプを収容した第１の石英ガラ
    ス管と、内部を紫外線硬化型の樹脂を表面に塗布
    された光フアイバを走行させる第２の石英ガラス
    管と、それ等を支持包囲する炉容器とを有するも
    のにおいて、前記第２の石英ガラス管の前記炉容
    器上端面から突出した端部に連接して不活性ガス
    注入部を設け、この不活性ガス注入部には注入部
    の軸を含む同一平面内に位置し、前記第２の石英
    ガラス管内を走行する光フアイバに対し斜め上お
    よび斜め下から不活性ガスを噴射する１対の先端
    部を具えた複数組のノズルを説設けたことを特徴
    とする光フアイバ製造用紫外線照射炉。
