器上端面から突出した端部に連接して不活性ガス
注入部を設け、この不活性ガス注入部には注入部
の軸を含む同一平面内に位置し、前記第２の石英
ガラス管内を走行する光フアイバに対し斜め上お
よび斜め下から不活性ガスを噴射する１対の先端
部を具えた複数組のノズルを説設けたことを特徴
