ツトルバルブ制御手段と、上記スロツトルバルブ
の上流側または下流側に設けられたシヤツタバル
ブと、同シヤツタバルブを開閉駆動する駆動機構
と、ブレーキの作動状態を検出するブレーキ作動
状態検出手段と、上記スロツトルバルブ制御手段
の異常を検出して異常検出信号を出力する異常検
出手段と、上記異常検出信号が出力されるととも
に上記ブレーキが所定の作動状態となると駆動信
号を上記駆動機構に出力して上記シヤツタバルブ
を閉成させる駆動回路とによつて構成したことを
