空気通路に介装される弁体と、該弁体の駆動軸側
に設けられた永久磁石による磁界と開弁用及び閉
弁用の２つのコイルへの通電によつて発生する磁
界との間に発生するトルクにより前記弁体を回動
させる２層式ロータリーソレノイドと、を含んで
構成され、前記２つのコイルへのデユーテイ比を
変化させることにより前記トルクをデユーテイ比
に応じて変化させるようにした補助空気流量制御
弁を備えた内燃機関の補助空気流量制御装置にお
いて、前記補助空気流量制御弁の振動を検出する
振動検出手段と、該振動検出手段から出力される
振動信号が所定レベル以下の時に機関への燃料供
給を停止する燃料供給停止手段と、を備えたこと
