変形例におけるハイブリツドＩＣ７０と端子板３
５との接続部分の構成を示す正面図及び斜視図で

圧力導入ポート、１２：接続部、１３：覆い部、
１４：端面、１５：突起部、１６：Ｏリング、２
０：ダイアフラム（検出部材）、２１：溝、２２
：変形部（可撓部）、２３：歪ゲージ（撓み検出

Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) その内部に圧力導入ポートが形成されたケ
    ーシング部材； 前記圧力導入ポートの一端に対向する位置に設
    けられた薄肉の可撓部とそれの外周を支持する肉
    厚部とを備える検出部材； 前記検出部材の可撓部に装着され撓み量を電気
    的変化として出力する撓み検出手段； 前記検出部材の肉厚部に固着され、一方の端部
    近傍に、その厚み方向に突出する形で支持部が形
    成され、該支持部の頂部に段部を有し、他方の端
    部近傍に、その厚み方向に突出する形で導電性の
    ピンが形成され、該ピンが前記撓み検出手段の端
    子と電気的に接続された、接続端子部材； 一端が前記接続端子部材の支持部の頂部近傍に
    係合する形で支持され、他端が該接続端子部材の
    ピンの頂部近傍で電気的及び機械的に接続された
    、電子回路組体；及び 前記電子回路組体とセンサの外部とを電気的に
    接続する出力端子部材； を備える圧力センサ。 (2) 前記接続端子部材のピンは、その頂部近傍
    に、接続端子部材の内側に向けて突出した２つの
    突起を有し、それらの突起の厚み方向の間隔が前
    記電子回路組体の厚みと同等に設定され、電子回
    路組体の他端は、ピンの前記２つの突起によつて
    表と裏から挾まれる形で配置された、前記請求項
    １記載の圧力センサ。 (3) 前記接続端子部材のピンは、その頂部が２
    又に分岐し、その分岐部の凹部に前記電子回路組
    体から延びる導電性のピンの先端部が係合する形
    で構成された、前記請求項１記載の圧力センサ。
